Stop by to pick up your Welcome Packet, which includes registration materials and nametags. Staff will be on hand to greet you and answer your questions. Light refreshments will be available throughout the day. Don’t forget that Reunion Weekend nametags get you entry in all your registered events, 20% off at the Spider Shop, and weekend-access to the Weinstein Center. 

Alumni Career Advising

From career management and interview preparation to networking and résumé reviews, career advisors will be available to discuss your career-related questions during individual 30-minute appointments. There is no charge for these appointments. Advance registration is required.

Geared toward prospective students and their families, this session offers a general introduction to the University of Richmond, providing information on academics, student life, the application process, and financial aid. The session typically includes a 30-minute information session and a 75-minute walking tour. Be sure to dress in comfortable clothing and shoes for the tour. Advance registration is required, so please select your preferred time. 

Well-Being Center Open House

Check out the new Well-Being Center while on campus. Alumni are invited to participate in self-guided tours while students will be available to answer questions. Swing by between 10 a.m. and noon to take advantage of the salt therapy room’s drop-in hours (first come, first served). Advance registration is requested.

F.W. Boatwright Society Dinner & Induction Ceremony

Cost: $40 (no charge for Class of 1975 alums)
Enjoy a return to campus to celebrate with classmates on this special occasion. The Class of 1975 will be inducted into the Society, and the classes celebrating their reunions will be recognized: the Classes of 1950, 1955, 1960, 1965, and 1970. Reunion classes will be seated together. The reception will begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. The cost is $40 per person, and there is no charge for alumni from the Class of 1975. Dress: Business attire. Advance registration is required.

Class of 2015 "Cheers to 5 Years" BBQ

Welcome Party with the Deans

Kick off the weekend on a high note! All Reunion Weekend celebrants are invited to join University of Richmond deans, faculty, staff, and fellow alumni for a welcome party at the Jepson Alumni Center. LGBTQ+ Spiders Reception

Get in on the fun at the LGBTQ+ Spiders Reception at Reunion Weekend! All alumni and guests are invited to start their morning off with a yoga class on Westhampton Green. This class is designed for any level of student from beginner to advanced. Mats will be available in limited quantities, and participants are encouraged to bring their own if possible. President’s Breakfast & Alumni Awards Presentation

Hear an update on campus news from President Kevin F. Hallock. We will recognize the successes of alumni with the presentation of several awards: Alumni of The University of Richmond Award for Distinguished Service and Distinguished Recent Graduate Award. We will also honor this year’s reunion committees and individual classes with awards. Advance registration is required.

Reunion Memorial Service
11 - 11:30 a.m. | Cannon Memorial Chapel, Columbarium Gardens
The Office of the Chaplaincy will lead a service of remembrance for those from the reunion classes who have passed away. The Reverend Dr. Craig Kocher, University Chaplain, will preside.
