Charlotte joined the Alumni Engagement team at the University of Richmond in Summer 2023 and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Student & Young Graduate Programming. In this role, Charlotte focuses on innovating engagement for alumni up to 10 years post-graduation while leading Recent Graduate Regional Councils in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, D.C., and Richmond. She also leads reunion planning for classes celebrating their 5th and 10th reunions. She graduated from Longwood University in 2021, and her impactful undergraduate experiences led her on a career path in higher education.
Before coming to the University of Richmond, she was an Admissions Counselor for Longwood University's undergraduate admissions office and completed her M.Ed. in Higher Education: Educational Leadership from Liberty University. She is a Richmond native, and you can catch Charlotte in her free time enjoying group fitness classes, trying new restaurants, or watching movies.
