Reunion 2025 On-Campus Housing Contract - Apartments
For $250 per apartment/per night a Gateway Village Apartment can be reserved by one alum and up to 3 additional guests. The guests’ names must be provided prior to the On-Campus Housing deadline of Friday, May 16, 2025. On-campus accommodations will be available for check-in starting Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 3 p.m. with the latest check-out on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at noon. It should be noted that staying on campus is not like a hotel. On-campus accommodations are NOT equipped with hair dryers, irons/ironing boards, hangers, hand soap, or area lamps (overhead lighting only). Guests are responsible for bringing their own toiletries. Each registered individual will receive a linen pack that includes a twin fitted sheet, a twin flat sheet, a pillow, a pillowcase, a thermal blanket, one wash cloth, one towel, and one bath mat/towel for the floor. Guests make their own beds upon arrival. Please note: We will make every effort to house classmates near each other. However, if a class area is filled, we may have to place some classmates on other floors or residences.
Reunion On-Campus Housing Policies
Keys will only be provided for the number of guests listed by the host (the individual who registered and paid for the apartment) on or before the On-Campus Housing deadline.
The only guests who are permitted to stay in the apartments are those who are listed on the host’s registration. All others will be asked to depart campus by 2 a.m. when Quiet Hours begin.
Kegs are not permitted in the apartments.
Non-sanctioned gatherings in public spaces are not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments and is prohibited within 25 feet of the outside of all campus buildings.
Possession of “controlled substances” (illegal drugs and paraphernalia) is prohibited by both state and federal law and is punishable by severe penalties. Detection of illegal drug use will result in immediate expulsion from campus housing. Individuals who violate state or federal laws may be referred by University authorities for prosecution.
Violent and/or aggressive behavior may result in prohibition from the residential area and removal from all remaining Reunion events.
Responsibility
Housing is provided to alumni and their guests in clean condition and good repair. As stewards of your alma mater, we expect that it will be returned in the same condition. If the housing you are provided is damaged during your stay, the host will be financially responsible for the costs to repair and/or clean the housing provided and may no longer be permitted to stay on campus in the future.
The University of Richmond is not responsible for lost or damaged property. Please be responsible with your belongings.
All keys must be returned at the conclusion of your stay. Check-out will be located in the Jepson Alumni Center on Sunday, June 1 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. Express check-out will also be offered near the apartments.
I have read and understand the aforementioned guidelines for Reunion 2025 On-Campus Housing, and agree to be fully compliant.
